In physical security, the term access control refers to the practice of restricting entrance to a property, a building, or a room to authorized persons. Physical access control can be achieved by a human (a guard, bouncer, or receptionist), through mechanical means such as locks and keys, or through technological means such as access control systems like the Cobra Controls Access Control System.

In the context of magnetic sensors, especially those used in security systems or automation, the terms NO, NC, and COM refer to the types of connections available in the relay outputs of the sensor. 

The wireless reader set is made up of two parts, which includes the reader and a receiver. The reader is obviously installed outside, the receivers, can be placed anywhere inside the house, within the range of 30 meters from reader, and connect with conttroller by Wiegand wires.
